Surya is our consultant psychologist who has 1000+ hours of experience in clinical sessions and helping individuals recover from stress, depression, etc. Holding a postgraduate degree in psychology and currently pursuing a PhD, along with advanced qualifications in counselling and medical & psychiatric social work, he is highly qualified and enhances our team’s strength. Experienced in community mental health outreach, workshops, and psychosocial support during disaster response, Surya helps Binding Thought perform its social responsibilities.

Vidhya G Pillai is a Consultant Psychologist at Binding Thought, specialising in CBT, DBT, couple counselling, mindfulness-based therapy, trauma-focused care, Schema Therapy, ACT, EFT, and Play & Art Therapy. She supports children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem challenges, behavioural problems, academic stress, substance-related issues, and other psychological concerns.
